Tour Price includes:

All prices quoted are in US Dollars including transportation to and from airport, baggage transport, all site entrance fees, inland transportation as listed in the itinerary, hotels and meals as mentioned, and English-speaking guide services throughout the trip. Your airfare is in addition to the land price.

Tour Price excludes:

Unless particularly specified, the tour price excludes air fare from your point of origin to Iran, any airport taxes insurance, visa applications fees, gratuities, and personal expenses.

Original Booking:

Upon making your initial booking, please indicate any special circumstances (i.e. unusual dietary requirements, smoker), flight or land extensions or any other particulars that may affect the pricing and booking availability. Subsequent changes are subject to an amendment fee.

Confirmation & Payment Procedures:

A deposit of $500 per person is required when booking a trip. Trip confirmation will be sent within one week after receiving booking. Since our groups are small, we cannot accept tentative bookings. You will receive detailed trip preparation and pre-departure information as the departure date nears. You will receive an invoice for trip (land and air) balance approximately 10 weeks prior to departure. All monies must be received no later than 8 weeks in advance of departure.

Travel Fitness and Insurance:

As a general guide, we believe that normally fit people of any age will be able to participate in our tours unless otherwise specified. It is expected however, that all participants, especially the elderly, wishing to travel to Iran satisfy themselves prior to booking that they are fully able and fit to complete the itinerary. Clients will be traveling through physical terrain whereby the medical facilities, especially in more remote areas, may be extremely limited. All bookings are accepted on the understanding that such risks are fully understood by the traveler. We recommend that you take trip precautions against medical and personal risks or accidents while traveling abroad. We suggest you purchase medical, baggage, accidental or other personal effects insurance. It is also advisable to take out a trip cancellation insurance policy as well. The traveler is fully responsible for arranging such insurances.

Refunds & Cancellations:

Any cancellation, refund or change must be submitted in writing and will be in effect as of the date received. Far Adventure Travel, LLC, reserves the right to refuse booking from prospective clients whom the Company considers for any reason to be unsuitable for the type of travel to be undertaken or a client who does not comply with visa instructions within the time period specified.

Cancellation or changes made for land portion 90 prior to departure can incur a $300 penalty per person; 89-61 days - $600/person penalty and between 60-35 days - a penalty equal to 50% of trip cost can be assessed. There will be no refund for cancellation received less than 30 days prior to departure. Cancellation rules for international airline tickets are controlled by the carrier. If a refund is due because of circumstances beyond the control of our company, it will be calculated on the actual cost of services not used. If clients do not complete the tour, the Company will not be liable to refund the client.
All tours are subject to a minimum of 3 persons. Each tour is fully reviewed 4 weeks prior to departure, which is the last date the tour would be cancelled because of insufficient participation. If for this reason the tour is cancelled, Far Adventures Travel, LLC will offer full refund of all monies paid. If the tour is cancelled for reasons beyond our control, then the Company will refund all monies paid. Under these circumstances, the Company will not be liable for compensation beyond a refund of the monies paid.

Travel Note:

Participants in our tours realize that no matter how well organized the trip may be, an adventure holiday sometimes is not as straight-lined as a conventional trip and that the trips require some flexibility on the part of the traveler. In many countries, the health, safety, hotel, air and land transport standards may not be as a western traveler is accustomed to. We make every attempt to visit all scheduled sites as stated in the itinerary - but request that you understand that there is always the possibility that weather, politics, arbitrary site changes and other unforeseen changes could alter the program. We do everything possible to minimize these events, and to substitute where possible. If, however, a change is necessary, the group leader will decide the best alternative after discussing with the group and the main office. When these delays or charges (financial or otherwise) occur outside the limit of our control, we cannot be held responsible.
